Terms and Conditions of Doing Business with ExoMind LLC

Welcome to Exomind! We are dedicated to providing our clients with exceptional service and memorable experiences. Before you embark on your journey with us, it’s important to familiarize yourself with our terms and conditions.

Bookings and Payments – Travel and Tours:

• All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability, for all Travel and Tours Packages
• Payments to ExoMind can be made only via credit/debit card.
• A non-refundable deposit equivalent to 10% of the package cost, is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 60 days before departure date, as specified in your booking confirmation.

Payments – Visas and Immigration + Study Abroad:

• All the above services requires at least 70% of the total service cost, prior to commencement of the service
• Payments to ExoMind can be made only via credit/debit card.
• Upon completion of any service, the client is required to pay the balance 30% of the service cost.

Cancellations and Refunds:

• Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to our cancellation policy.
• Depending on the timing of the cancellation, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, less any applicable fees.
• Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the approved cancellation.

Travel Documentation:

• It is the responsibility of the traveler/client to ensure they have all necessary travel documents, such as passports
• We recommend checking the entry requirements for your destination well in advance of your travel date.

Changes to Bookings:

• Any changes to your booking, such as dates or itinerary, may be subject to additional fees.
• We will do our best to accommodate any changes, but availability and pricing may vary.

Liability and Insurance:

• We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during your travels.
• We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect yourself and your belongings.
• We are an independent entity and not affiliated with any government. We are not licensed or regulated by any authority. Our role is to assist you in submitting your visa and immigration applications. However, we have no influence over the decision-making process.

Conduct and Behavior:

• Travelers are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner during their trip.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a booking if a traveler’s conduct is deemed unacceptable.
