Canceling or modifying airline tickets will always incur fees or costs imposed by the airline or carrier, in accordance with their cancellation and refund policy. Prior to making a reservation, it is essential to acquaint yourself with the cancellation and refund policies of the specific airline or carrier for the ticket you are considering. You are solely responsible for all fees, penalties, levies, or payments imposed by or payable to the applicable airline for cancellations or amendments. In order to ascertain whether the planned ticket is subject to any supplementary cancellation penalties or charges, the consumer must carefully peruse the exact terms and conditions of each airline. We absolve ourselves of all responsibility or legal duty in relation to this matter. If you choose to cancel your booking, deposit, or installments within a 48-hour period, AMI Travel & Tours will reimburse the entire amount that you have paid. In the event that you decide to cancel your booking, deposit, or instalments for any reason, after the 48-hour period, AMI Travel and Tours will subtract a 15% administrative fee from the total amount that has already been paid, excluding any relevant taxes, provided that your e-ticket and/or hotel confirmation has not yet been finalized or issued. If you decide to cancel your trip plans after receiving your e-ticket and hotel confirmation, the airline (if applicable) and hotel (if applicable) will subtract the appropriate cancellation fees. Additionally, AMI trip and Tours will deduct a 15% administrative fee. Refunds for online payments made with Visa Card, Master Card, or American Express may take up to 25 business days from the date of refund acceptance to be credited back to your card. The approved refund amount will be transferred to your account using EFT/SWIFT within 15 business days from the date of approval, for alternative payment options. Reversals of payments will consistently follow the same manner, way, or procedure as the original payment. Additional details on the refund policy and procedure can be found in the estimate that you will accept when making your booking. If there is a contradiction between the information provided here and the information on the Estimate that you agree to, it should be noted that the Terms and Conditions stated on the Estimate will have priority and control.

To ensure the security of your payment, please request an official estimate to make payment online. For the issuance of your e-ticket and hotel confirmation, full payment is required. Alternatively, in order to secure a specific travel date, a deposit of at least fifty percent will be required. You have the option to divide the total price of your package into 12 equal monthly payments instalments without interest. Once you begin your monthly payments, you cannot alter your monthly payment plan at any time; doing so will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation, a 15% administrative fee on the total amount already paid, and a refund of the balance. The first of each month, regardless of when the initial payment was made, is the due date for monthly payments. Failure to do so will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation, with all monies paid refunded in accordance with our refund policy (15% administrative fee will be deducted).
