Booking Cancelation Policy

At ExoMind, we understand that plans can change, and flexibility is important. That’s why we’ve developed a comprehensive Booking Cancelation Policy to provide our customers with the assurance they need when making reservations with us. Our Booking Cancelation Policy outlines the various scenarios and timelines under which customers can cancel their bookings and receive refunds or credits. This policy applies to all bookings made through our website, or directly with our customer service representatives.

Cancellation Timeline and Fees for Travel and Tours Booking:

  1. All bookings incur a 10% non-refundable deposit
  2. For bookings cancelled more than 60 days prior to the scheduled departure date, customers will receive a full refund, minus the non-refundable fees or charges of 10% on the total package cost.
  3. Bookings cancelled between 30-59 days prior to the scheduled departure date will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee, minus the non-refundable fees or charges of 10% on the total package cost.
  4. Bookings cancelledbetween 15-29 days of the scheduled departure date will not be eligible for a refund, but customers will receive a credit that can be used towards a future booking.

Cancellation of Visas and Immigration Services:

  1. All payment for Visas and Immigration Services incurs a 10% non-refundable administrative fee
  2. For Visas rejection due to the company’s fault, customers will receive a full refund, minus the non-refundable fees or charges of 10% on the total service cost.
  3. Visas rejection due to the client’s fault (example: failure to provide relevant documents, didn’t attend interview, misrepresentation, etc) will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee, minus the non-refundable fees or charges of 10% on the total package cost.
  4. Cancelations not related to visas or immigration denial, will not be eligible for a refund, but customers will receive a credit that can be used towards a future service.

Cancellation of Study Abroad Services:

  1. All payment for Study Abroad Services incurs a 10% non-refundable administrative fee
  2. For Admission or Scholarship rejection due to the company’s fault, customers will receive a full refund, minus the non-refundable fees or charges of 10% on the total service cost.
  3. Admission or Scholarship rejection due to the client’s fault (example: failure to provide relevant documents, didn’t attend interview, misrepresentation, etc) will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee, minus the non-refundable fees or charges of 10% on the total package cost.
  4. Cancelations not related to study abroad or scholarship denial, will not be eligible for a refund, but customers will receive a credit that can be used towards a future service.

Extenuating Circumstances:

We understand that sometimes, unforeseen events or emergencies may arise that require a customer to cancel their booking. In these cases, we are happy to work with the customer to find a suitable resolution, which may include a full or partial refund, or the ability to reschedule the booking for a later date.

Rescheduling and Modifications:

Customers are also welcome to modify their bookings, such as changing the date or time of their reservation. Depending on the type of booking and the timing of the request, there may be a nominal fee associated with these changes. Our Booking Cancelation Policy is designed to provide our customers with the flexibility they need, while also ensuring the sustainability of our business operations.
